For over 10 years, Kim Ashby Fowler, JD, CPC, has worked to close the gap between the status quo and high performance cultures. A curator of employment best practices, she takes leaders who struggle with performance issues on a journey toward creating workplace cultures where continuous improvement, high trust and productivity flourish.
Prior to founding her consulting firm, RestorativeHR, Kim served as Interim Director of Human Resources for Kingsbrook Jewish Hospital Center, Brooklyn, NY. She currently advises the Ascend Public Charter School network, Brooklyn, NY, as its HR Executive-in-Residence.
Kim holds a Juris Doctor degree from Howard University Law School and a B.A. degree cum laude in Russian Language and Political Science from Mount Holyoke College.
