Wildfire offers full- and half-day retreats designed to help leadership teams and departments explore essential topics such as strategic planning, team alignment, and culture building. Retreats are designed with input from key stakeholders and might also include a larger team needs assessment. Designed for up to 25 participants with one facilitator; larger groups require additional facilitators.
